By paying all required subscription fees, and using The Gold Forecast™, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by all of the terms in this Subscriber Agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by the changes, you should not use The Gold Forecast™ again and you should cancel your subscription to The Gold Forecast . FEES AND PAYMENTS : To cancel anytime simply - contact us via form or email support@thegoldforecast.com prior to your renewal date and we will take care of the rest.
You can also cancel your subscripption in My Account settings:
1) If you paid with a Credit Card, you can cancel your subscription by going to My Account -> Billing -> and clicking Cancel next to your subscription.
2) If you signed up with PayPal, you need to log in to your PayPal and cancel your automatic (recurring) payments with us.
If you cancel after a billing period, cancelation will occur at the end of the current billing date. We do not provide any refunds, so please make sure you understand before continuing.
"Subscription" means it is paid automatically. If you do not wish to be charged automatically, cancel your subscription right after signing up or contact us and we will remove auto billing.
If you subscribed online by credit card, your subscription will automatically renew at the regular subscription rate unless you contact us to cancel prior to your renewal date. Users who subscribed by personal check will not receive a renewal notice. You are responsible for renewing your account before the expiration date.You can always find the current Subscription Fees and charges posted in our web site. All fees are due in advance.
