By paying all required subscription fees, and using The Gold Forecast™, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by all of the terms in this Subscriber Agreement. If you use The Gold Forecast after Wagner Financial Group has notified subscribers of a change in the Subscriber Agreement you are agreeing to be bound by all of the changes.
Word "subscription" means: an arrangement to receive something, typically a publication, regularly by paying in advance.
FEES AND PAYMENTS: To cancel anytime simply contact us via form or email support@thegoldforecast.com prior to your renewal date and we will take care of the rest. You can also cancel your subscripption in Account Settings. Visit our FAQ for instructions on how to cancel. If you cancel after a billing period, cancelation will occur at the end of the current billing date. We do not provide any refunds, so please make sure you understand before continuing. If you do not wish to be auto billed, your subscription can be cancelled immediately after signup process. This way you will not be charged automatically and subscription will automatically run out. Once you cancel and your subscription ends, in order to resume it, you will need to enter your billing information again. If you subscribed online by credit card or PayPal your subscription will automatically renew at the regular subscription rate. Users who subscribed by personal check or other means will not receive a renewal notice. You are responsible for renewing your account before the expiration date. You can always find the current Subscription Fees on our website. All fees are due in advance.
