Wagner Financial Group offers a subscription-based service known as The Gold Forecast™, a daily video newsletter and commentary. By paying all required subscription fees and using The Gold Forecast™, you agree to be bound by all terms in this Subscriber Agreement. If you continue to use The Gold Forecast™ after Wagner Financial Group has notified subscribers of a change in the Subscriber Agreement, you agree to be bound by those changes.
The word “subscription” means an arrangement to receive something—typically a publication—regularly by paying in advance.
FEES AND PAYMENTS:
To cancel at any time, simply contact us via the website form or email support@thegoldforecast.com prior to your renewal date, and we will take care of the rest. You can also cancel your subscription in Account Settings. Visit our FAQ for instructions on how to cancel.
If you cancel after a billing period begins, cancellation will occur at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds, so please make sure you understand this before continuing.
If you do not wish to be auto-billed, your subscription can be canceled immediately after the signup process. This way, you will not be charged automatically, and the subscription will simply expire at the end of the paid period.
Once you cancel and your subscription ends, you will need to re-enter your billing information to resume service.
If you subscribed online by credit card or PayPal, your subscription will automatically renew at the regular subscription rate. Users who subscribed by personal check or other non-automated methods will not receive a renewal notice. You are responsible for renewing your account before the expiration date.

Only one individual may access The Gold Forecast™ at a time using the same username or password, unless otherwise agreed to by Wagner Financial Group.
The content available through The Gold Forecast™ is the property of Wagner Financial Group or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Gold Forecast™ is a trademark of Wagner Financial Group.
Content received through The Gold Forecast™ may be displayed, reformatted, and printed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to access the information manually by request and not programmatically by macro or other automated means.
You agree not to reproduce, retransmit, distribute, display, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast, or circulate the content received through The Gold Forecast™ to anyone—including, but not limited to, others in the same company or organization—without the express prior written consent of Wagner Financial Group.
